Great for quickly ascending a double rope
Most of the time SRS is best. But sometimes double is nice and this piece is sweet for ascending that old school with foot locking. The angled design makes the CT Quick Arbor very nice to hold and use on rope. Kinda specialty item but im glad i have it
Great for retrieval
Although I don't often climb with these because I find them bulky on my saddle, the CT Quick Arbor is great for the old Texas tug. Whenever I'm having a hard time pulling out some redirects, I break this out.
Get pumped
Its a different feeling but 100% in the best way possible, also great for the speed belayed event at climbing competitions.
The best...period.
This is the best hand ascender I've used. I'm not a hand ascender kind of guy, but I used to be earlier in my SRT days. This things angle really makes it feel natural to use it. I feel like the flat double hand ascenders make it feel like you're trying too much.
