Customer Questions
Based on the information we looked up the bar mount for the Stihl 024 is the same as the Stihl 026 which is listed below in the description. Just make sure the 3003-002-7013 stihl bar has the same gauge, pitch and drive links as the Tsumura bar you are selecting.
Good bar but has one flaw
I misordered and received a Tsumura .325 .063 18" laminate bar. Instead of sending it back and reordering I threw it on the MS261c and ran it. It was used to clear field edges of saplings, brush and large old growth leaning trees blocking field sun. Anything over 4" diameter was flawless, even boring/plunge cuts. But falling anything smaller it constantly threw the chain over and over- up to 7 times a hour! I assume due to the small sprocket tip, no bar belly and running full non safety chisel chain. The chain was kept properly tightened, never allowed to sag. I'd say this is a good bar for groundies or anyone needing a decent inexpensive disposable bar. These guys at arbsession are the best kind of people to do business with, get them on the phone if you need a order as fast as possible or just to ask any questions, get real feedback they hear about the items they sell. I Highly Recommend Them for your needs!
Unmatched Quality / Weight/ Smooth
The Tsumura SL2 Laminated Slim Chainsaw Bars are light weight, high rev smoother cuts with the entire bar being laminate and not having a separate sprocket nose. I run a 16in 325 .63 on a Stihl 026 plenty of torque to limb down a larger spar that you would not want to smoke your go-to climb saws on.
