Samson HyperClimb Cool 11.7mm Climbing Rope
Samson HyperClimb Cool is Samson's newest 11.7mm climbing line. Engineered for use with both moving and stationary rope systems, HyperClimb has excellent hand, is durable, and is perfect for long ascents. It's an excellent companion for tree climbers of all skill levels.
Please Note: The cover on most new double braid ropes will stretch during the first few weeks of use. The excess cover should be cut off. For this reason, Arbsession doesn't recommend putting two eyes on a brand new double braid rope.

Very nice climb line
I’ve been running this rope for about 4 months and it holds great with my prusik or zig zag. Over all great purchase.
Not Great with Rope Runner
I tried climbing SRS on this for a while, but had some cover milking/flattening issues, which made for jerky starts/stops with my rope runner's tightest setting and a hard time getting enough friction to fully stop on any other setting. I've heard from at least one other climber that it gets better over time, but I got the Yale Blue Moon instead and have been much happier with that rope. I still use this rope for additional access ropes in the canopy when needed, but will always use the Blue Moon for my primary.
Great for double. Not single
Amazing double rope. At 100 feet it stretches too thin for my rope runner to grab at its tightest setting
Great climbing line!
Samson Hyperclimb feels great in the tree! Holds any hitch! I’ll be doing a 6 mo review. As of now it’s my go to! Arbsession is by far superior to all others. Especially for shipping immediately and quality!
Nice for SRT Climbing
Very nice static climbing line. Very durable and the color is nice as well. Easy to hand splice. Would highly recommend Samson Hyperclimb.
favorite all around climbing line
this line dose not have much stretch, knots well and can be used with ascenders. I typically run a system with a cordage prussik instead of a mechanical prussik. for my weight (155ish) it works well with the armor-prus 8mm 28 inch length tied with a 4 wrap michoacan. Samson Hyperclimb is my go to climbing line.
Poison Ivy’s twin
Wonderful rope for SRS or MRS. Samson Hyperclimb is perfect for someone who likes to do both systems. Little to no bounce. Colors are nice easy to identify.
Two thumbs up
Great line for both srt and mrs. feels good in the hands and easy to knot. Very similar to the blue moon or poison ivy. I chose the Samson Hyperclimb “cool” because purple is fly.
Excellent for SRS & MRS
Absolutely love this Rope. Samson Hyperclimb has an excellent color, great feel in the hand, and works great for both a Stationary & a Moving Rope System. I've been climbing on similar Yale 11.7 ropes for years and this feels like a nice step up. Buy it with Arbsession's excellent splicing. You won't regret it!
Great for SRS
Huge fan of this rope I think it’s the perfect 24 strand for SRS, definitely Samson’s competitor for Tachyon. Hyperclimb splices really nice and is super firm and stays round yet still retains a good hand. Only concern is it’s 24strand, I’ve been waiting to see if it puffs up real bad if it gets picked on a sharp limb or spur like Yale ropes do, but so far it’s holding strong like a kernmantle.
