Better than a carabiner for multi-directional loading
This Petzl Ring Open Multi-Directional Gated Ring is great when you have multiple lines on one attachment, because you can cross-load it.
Nice to add a second ring to bridge.
If you have a bridge and do not want to remove it you can add this Petzl Ring Open on to it without having to remove it. This ring has a screw in piece that can be removed and installed. Can also be used in many other ways that a regular ring can be used with the advantage that it can be removed and installed quickly.
Serves it's purpose!
My Petzl Ring Open is used with my secondary bridge for any purpose required during my climbing and maneuvering in the canopy.
