Keeping It Simple Sometimes
Sometimes it's OK to go low tech and simple. The HANDS UP is that. I feel comfortable using this knotless rigging on smaller stuff, so it's used with a three strand for down and dirty or with a 1/2" double braid. I'm using the SMALL size. Caveat: if you have a fat splice you'll have to thread it all the way from the bitter end. So don't have a fat splice and furthermore if you're ordering from ARBSESSION ask them to give you a compatible length of eye to use with whatever size HANDS UP you choose. An example may be small HANDS UP with double braid rigging line 1/2" diameter and spliced eye that is 4-6 inches in length with streamlined whipping and / or heat shrink wrapped label. Or ask them to put the label at the bitter end.
Get the big one
Don’t mess around with the small or medium for rigging get the large one and watch your negative rigging it does make work faster and smoother though out the day
Truly BADASS
These things are incredible!! Hands down the best connecter I've ever used. Not necessarily faster for me in the tree but great for my ground crew, nothing to mess up or fumble with. Works OK with a knot but a large splice is amazeballs!! I grabbed the small for my 1/2" rigging line and the medium for my 5/8". I've used every kind of rope snap, clip, carabiner etc and this Hexarope Hands Up is just soo much safer and purpose designed for this task. I love ❤️ it
