FTC Velcrofit Leg Mounted Handsaw Holster
The FTC Velcrofit is a holster for carrying your handsaw. It straps to the calf using adjustable Velcro straps and is adaptable to all calves. It also adjusts to the length and type of hand saw: curved or straight, up to 330 mm (13 inches). A magnet can be added to ensure perfect grip of the saw in the holster, regardless of the position in the tree.

- The FTC Velcrofit features a small pocket designed to hold a magnet (sold separately). When positioned correctly, this magnet helps keep the saw in its scabbard and reduces the risk of accidental release, especially when moving in the tree. Could be improved
tried to replace it for the sapwood. If it had elastic velcro would've been perfect.
Works well, could be tweaked
I tried this to replace a storm or sawpod. I like the wider straps. The magnet is a fantastic idea. The reason for only 3 starts is sawdust ends up packed in the very top of the saw scabbard and the saw will not seat into the scabbard. It's a pain to deal with during big removals and in packing the sawdust is even more of a pain.
