DMM XSRE Screw Lock Carabiner

Made with the same attention to detail as all standard size DMM carabiners, the XSRE oval carabiner is a beautiful, high performance accessory clip that has a functional industrial pedigree, yet crosses over easily into everyday life situations. Widely adopted for non-PPE use on industrial worksites, the XSRE is just as useful on a tree care harness to organise gear as it is clipping keys onto a belt loop. The narrow, snag-free nose pierces rope and allows easy installation of remote systems. The new screwgate locking version gives increased security when required – perfect when working at height or walking the dog.

Worth it
Honestly worth the price these things are so satisfying and just feel great in the hand. Many applications from throwline to saddle storage. I hope to have 100 of them some day.

Love these lil guys
I primarily use the DMM XSRE Lock Carabiner for double bagging. The screw lock is great for preventing twigs from getting caught and stuck in the canopy. I also use one on my chest harness. They’re easy to lose, so I recommend hi viz colors.
Perfect
I ordered these DMM XSRE carabiners for my chainsaw lanyard after I went to grab my saw aloft only to see it laying on the ground.... probably could never happen again, but now that I've got a locking XSRE it's never ever going to happen again.
So useful
These may be small, but they're strong. DMM XSRE carabiners have held my weight while double bagging and catching a case of the throwline blues. They're incredibly useful and have many applications. They're lightweight too!

These DMM XSRE connectors are great for securing suspenders, handsaws, putting on a Captain’s Hook, using on a tending point while ascending, and lots of other little things.

These are the best mini carabiners I’ve ever used. The Lock makes the DMM XSRE even better than they already are. Countless uses for these things. SRS connections, keys, harness organization, I replaced the ring on a throwball with one to attach to the end of my rope, handsaws, all kinds of stuff. All kiiiinds.
