These specific grommets are used inside the Hitchclimber / Triple Attachment Pulley. For the positioner to stay in place on a carabiner you could either use a carabiner with a captive bar or you could use the DMM Wallis 5 pack or Kong Fast Rubber
Level Up - Your SRT/DDRT Connection
This product can tighten up you main carabiner connection to your preferred mechanical device (Akimbo / Rope runner/ Zigzag . Much less clinking with a tight fit carabiner that wont shift on the main device. Really keeps metal on metal wear down as well.
Good but expensive
DMM Grommet 5 Pack - Good product, just a little expensive for what they are. For most carabiners you will have to lube it with hydrogen peroxide to get them on. Once the peroxide evaporates they will be unmovable.
