Great way to control loads in the tree and on the ground.
I've had this for a few years now and it's a go-to device for rigging, as the climber can set it up in the tree. It does require a relatively heavy piece to run, which is handy sometimes. Also useful for pulling trees over as it has the pulley for mechanical advantage and will also friction lock to prevent the rope sliding back if you forget to put a slip knot in.
Quality and finish are excellent.
