Details
The Gen2 Zero arborist chainsaw pants are the proven next level chainsaw pants design.
You are able to stretch, climb and jump freely with the confidence.
Cooling is taken care of with two high efficiency vents, open leg design for air flow, super breathable fabric and Nilit Breeze fibers to wick heat from the body.
Zeros exceed US standards for coverage by 15% and chainsaw threshold speed by 25%. Light weight does not mean less safe.
Durability is a big focus. The outer is amazingly durable with high tenacity nylon rip stop and incredible all way stretch. The super tough Dyneema fabric on the right calf increases durability in a key wear zone where the hanging chainsaw causes premature wear. Upgraded zippers and elasticized thread in the seat reduce the risk of failure in these areas.

Whole Crew Loves them.
We finally found a chainsaw pant that our entire crew can agree on. We are based in Florida in the Hottest of summers. Everyone is happy to wear the Clogger Zero pants daily. Thank you Danny for the great suggestion!
Three Pairs and Still Going
I have three pairs of these Clogger Zero pants now, and can't see myself buying another brand...and I LIKE trying new things! They're incredibly comfortable, super lightweight, and the ladies love 'em. The fact that I keep coming back and buying them year after year says a lot. Earlier pairs had lighter-duty zippers on the pockets that were a little problematic, but they've updated these and we're doing much better as a result. The lower pockets keep your phone and/or a wedge and a screech down below your leg straps on a climbing harness, which is huge. Can't say enough good about them.
Great!
No complaints, light and comfortable
The best
Unfortunately there are no saw pants that come close to these Clogger Zero pants for the comfort in heat. Looking forward to more competitors to push it further. They are great to climb with. Pockets are nicely done with good access with a harness. Durability is good, obviously not as good as other saw pants but that comes with the weight savings.
Handle the heat
I work in Colorado, where the summer temps have already reached 90f this year. These Clogger Zero chainsaw pants have handled the heat well even after several hours in the tree. The pockets are in the perfect location, and the bonus pocket is perfect for a snack or extra mini-wedge. I feel just as comfortable wearing these for removals as I do when wearing the clogger spiders, just with added protection.
So far so good
I bought these pants with the challenge in mind to wear them all summer. I live and work in central Kentucky where it can still get quite humid. I’ve been wearing the Clogger Zero pants for over a month now with the hottest temp being 88f and have no complaints. We’ll see what the 90’s are like, but regardless, I haven’t worn a pant that comes close to these. I also own the arborwear ironwood (great for winter) and a notch set (great for an extra pair)
Awesome pants, just try them!
If you wear anything else, you are missing out. Kind of like if you buy them anywhere else. Smash that “add to cart” button. The Clogger Zero chainsaw pants are very lightweight (im in the south so it stays hot/humid) extremely comfortable and does not limit me while climbing. Couldn’t ask for better.
