Basic but useful
Nothing complex, but it does its job of reducing rope abrasion well.
Work well for DIY lanyards
I use these to make the connection from the rope the carabiner. You wrap the cord around the thimble and tie your know. It gives the carabiner wiggle room. They last the life of the lanyard and more.
